Seamless ordering through the vending machine near the entrance, quick service, and peaceful solo dining booths. I had the ramen and gyoza and it was a really good meal deal! The broth was rich, noodles perfectly firm, and the gyoza crispy and juicy.
A bit of wait due to their popularity, worth the wait for the experience if you’re 1st time visiting Japan. You’re able to customise your ramen to your liking preference when ordering. Also, fun fact: the restroom was well-stocked with 11x toilet rolls deco. you’ll notice it upon entering 😄
As a first time visitor in Japan, I highly recommend trying their ramen. Dining here was a pleasant experience even if there was a queue which did not took long. Their ramen was good and just right for my personal preference. The good thing here is you can customize your ramen order based on your liking. Another recommendation is their matcha puding. It is a great way to end your meal after finishing a tasty ramen.
Perfect Ramen Experience at ICHIRAN Shinjuku Kabukicho This was another experience of excellent ramen at ICHIRAN, but this time at the Shinjuku Kabukicho branch. It was a long queue, and we waited for over 30 minutes, but it was absolutely worth every moment! The unique ordering system (via the machine, filling out the detailed preference sheet to customize the dish, and the seating in the individual booth) makes the meal an experience in itself. The taste was simply amazing and met the high expectations. Highly recommended for every ramen lover!
The noodles were customisable ! Normally find noodles too soft but at Ichiran, I could choose the texture I want! The pork was delish and the broth... As I asked strong and rich, it was sooooo gooood! Interesting experience being served through a "window".
